Special V frolics in the meadow
At Stoeterij Duyselshof, our namesake Special V frolics in the meadow with mother and several friends. Especially Special V enjoys being outside and running around. Her friends are a bit more reserved.
The stud farm is owned by Wim van der Leegte, who started the jumping stable in Duizel in 2000. With the horses from this stable, Stoeterij Duyselshof, with sponsor VDL Groep, has won many national and international prizes.
Special V was born on 30 June at Stoeterij Duyselshof. Special V is a daughter of mare Idylle and stallion Verdi TN. Verdi is a very successful stallion, With Maikel van der Vleuten, Verdi was a mainstay of the Dutch show jumping team for many years. Verdi's list of honours is huge, but even more impressive is the consistently high level at which he continues to perform.
Special V's dam, VDL Groep Idylle is a bay mare (by Balou du Rouet) bred by Stoeterij Duyselshof. She was trained at the training stable of Stoeterij Duyselshof and competed in the M / 1m20 class by Natalia Majchrowicz.
